David Williams MP held a very positive meeting with both Staffordshire Police and Cheshire Police, alongside Sarah Russell MP, to address issues in and around Mow Cop.
Residents will know that parts of Mow Cop and the surrounding area fall into both the Stoke-on-Trent North and Congleton constituencies. At a coffee morning in August, many people said they had often felt overlooked or without the services they deserved because of being on the border of two areas.
To change that, both MPs are working together so the two police forces can double their focus. The forces are already acting on the issues raised with them, and further work will be taking place soon.
